Shipping Policy (New Zealand only at this stage)

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after processing. Orders are processed when credit card authorisation and/or bank deposit has cleared. Orders are generally shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Shipping prices are subject to change without notice, so please take note of the shipping charges shown during the checkout process as these will apply to your order. We use NZ Courier Post.

Orders shipped via Courier Post typically arrive within 3 business days after you have received email notification of order shipment.  Rural deliveries may take longer.

If your parcel has not arrived to you within 5 business days after receiving notification that your shipment has been despatched, or if your parcel arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to investigate this with Courier Post within their compensation timeframes. As at the time of drafting this policy, Courier Post’s requirements are that a claim for partial loss or damage be lodged within 7 days of delivery and a claim for total loss be lodged within 7 days of discovering the loss.

 

Returns Policy

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and the need to ensure the quality of any products being sold, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind.  Please make sure you are 100% happy with your selection before your purchase is made.

However if the item is faulty or an incorrect item is sent, we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or replace the item if available. In this situation, certain conditions apply:

  1. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEMS.
  2. IF INCORRECT ITEM IS SENT PLEASE CONTACT US TO ARRANGE A REPLACE OR A REFUND AND THE SHIPMENT RETURN OF THE INCORRECT ITEM.
  3. Email us a copy of the receipt for your return shipping.  Return shipping will be at our cost provided the return is in accordance with this 
    policy.  We recommend you use a courier service, as we are not responsible for any item(s) lost in transit.  If your item(s) are being returned for a 
    refund, please include in your email the name and bank account number of the account that you wish to have the refund put into.

Warranties

We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“CGA”) for all products purchased from Herbalpathways other than products falling within the business use exemption provided for within the CGA.

We will also adhere to the Fair Trading Act 1986 as required by law.

No other warranties except those required by law are made with respect to these products.

If the product is under warranty the following steps will apply. 

  1. If possible the product will be repaired to the standard of the manufacturer free of charge.
  2. If we are unable to repair the product, we will replace with the same product.
  3. If no replacement is available, we will issue a store credit or a refund according to the customer's choice.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars. If you're in New Zealand prices are inclusive of GST. Additional charges for shipping will apply (please see Shipping below). All payments are in New Zealand dollars. Keep in mind that if you're outside New Zealand, your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. Sorry, but we can't cover that cost for you.

We respect your privacy! We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Period! Any information you give to One Nest will be held with the utmost care.
